Probably the back box, but if it's in that state the rest won't be too far behind ;)

Plenty available off ebay, preference is ETS/Eternal, but be mindful that saloon and estate are different  ;)

Also facelifts have a slightly longer tail pipe and 3.0/3.2 have twin tailpipes, but cat back any V6 system will fit as long as correct body type :y

I wouldn't like to try to get a cat back V6 exhaust system to fit on a 2.2.... ;D

All of it.

The wig is the wadding from the back box, but exhausts rot from the inside(exhaust gasses are wet, hot and corrosive). So it's quicker, easier and cheaper - in the long run - to replace the whole system. When a complete, quality, cat back system for a V6(which is double what a 4 cylinder needs) is <£100 it's not worth faffing about with single components
