Any recomendations.
Not for me but a friend. :o
She was offered the insurance from Birminghammidshires when she took the mortgage on with them, Cant get through on the phone to them or find anything online to say they still offer it. So looking for suggestions as I know there a members that have mentioned renting before.
TIA. :y

Probably just as well that she can't through to Birmingham Midshires as I'm sure their premiums are eye watering, and that goes for all the other banks and Building societies as well! ::)
Simple Landlords Insurance and Direct Line are very competitive and offer good cashback deals at www.topcashback.co.uk. I've also used AXA and although the premium was higher than Simple or Direct Line, the cashback deal was more than made for it. :y
Like all insurances there are comparison sites, so that's a good enough place to start. :)

Cheers for that. She isnt on the net so I will look into it if I can. She isnt one for sharing her details. :y

Got mine through Direct Line. 23 quid a month for a 3 bed semi, with all boxes ticked. Value about £150k in L23
