There is one on eBay at the moment but you've probably seen it.it doesn't look top condition and possibly a bit expensive due to this.
What's wrong with yours .?

If a button isn't working i'd take it apart and clean the copper tracks with a dab of aftershave on a cotton bud, switches themselves if the rubber coating is worn through they can be popped out and swapped with spare ones from scrapyard passenger and rear switches
