It's Christmas Day on Friday and the met office have issued a yellow warning for wind on Saturday.   ;D

Down here it has become very windy indeed, gale force in fact..................................................due to all the bloody lorry drivers eating those curries on the M20, at Dover and at Manston!! ::) ::) ::) ::) ;D ;D ;)

I bought a big bag of British sprouts in Lidl the other day, so if the winds are Sou'Westerly....  ;D

 Sprouts will never be ready in time if you are only putting them on to cook now.
Needs to go on the stove in April and left to simmer to be ready for Crimbo :y

Ya'll cooking em too long  ::)
fry the sprouts in a pan with some nice bacon till the bacon is crispy then discard any green round bits and make a bacon butty with what's left

I just had to nip out and tie up my elderly neighbours gate which was banging in the wind.

I reckon the Gods have been eating Sprout Vindaloo, as it's fickin howling out there!  :o

We went down the chippy last night. I seem to have lost any confidence to break wind this morning.
