one of my beloved customers is a hugely overweight bucket of molten lard who is not happy in his life and hence wants to make everyone else unhappy.
i left him some electrical paperwork the other day which has changed from a standard notice of regs to, in his mind, a warning notice. he contated the office to have his usual moan and was put on to me as the office could not answer his question, after giving me the bs about how "the engineer" did not explain the paperwork to him i then told him who i was and asked him why he was lying? he then pretended he thought he was talking to another company and hung up !!!???
caught out or what! ;D
but why do these people do these things? is it a form of achievement or oneupmanship are they that sad to lie like that???? >:( >:(

Maybe its cheaper for him too phone you than a sex chat line.....after all people do get there jollies in rather odd ways. ;D

If he was black would you have said black v.sad idiot....or homosexual v.sad idiot....blind v.sad idiot. :-?
Also find it amazing that people soon jump on the bandwagon when someone is being racialy abused or a woman is made too feel inadequate yet they quite happy too attack fat people.

Given that all he did was make a complaint, this is a completely inappropriate, offensive and rude knee jerk reaction. What if the guy is overweight (or "fat") due to a genetic condition he has little control over?
We only have your side of the story and frankly, given the tone of your post, I won't be taking "sides" or offering any supportive comments.
If you treat your customers with this level of contempt then you deserve every complaint you get!

I read Moanalots post and at 28 stone I was for once actually offended, but I decided to keep my words to myself and not to rock the boat. however having seen the replies of a few others on here, I'm feeling somewhat relieved to know that not everybody is as biggoted as the original poster.
So Mr Moanalot you have no idea why your customer was the size he was. Not everybody who's fat is so because they eat too much, neither does being fat necesarily make you unhappy in life. yet despite that you think his size make him fair game.
Why is it that biggots who think they are better than everybody else choose to spend their life moaning about how tuff life is for them.
you are probably far from perfect so let's hope you never meet your twin or you might just get a wake up call. From what I read on a post on here recently quite a few on the longer serving members by their own admission could do with losing a few Kilos, but that's what normal people are like.

well well i love the supportive comments ! -cos im an 18 stone and classed as a fatty !!! its a breath of fresh air to hear so many of you actually in support of a fatty cos in previous posts i have seen pics of large people in various guises being taken the rip out of -so dudes, lets not have double standards ??? joshing aside though if you were to ever meet this guy you would understand where i am coming from, all his neighbours detest him (yep some are my customers aswell) as he causes most of them problems ie boundry disputes, building disputes etc and he informs me that hes even thinking of taking the council to court for putting a fence up along a railwayline to prevent trespassers on the line !!!! ps just out of interest how many of you who were offended are fat (if you dont mind me asking) ;)

Argh, not good Stu, was looking at that at work!
I lie to Dell all the time. Things break on their laptops and I know they need replacing. They normally get me to run a load of pointless diagnostics which I say I've already run.
Gets me what I need most of the time.
