Hmmm 20 year old, Yugoslav built, IVECO designed so basically its the commercial equivalent of a Lada/Polski Fiat. Now that's scary.

Hi everyone, I have heard about the device through which you can use water as a fuel for your vehicle. Running your vehicle on gas is always an increasing cost, but there is a way that can be more profitable than this. Now you can easily use a system that allows you to convert your fuel costs to save huge amounts of running your vehicle. You can learn to build a simple inexpensive device, attach it to a vehicle's engine and convert that vehicle into a
water-burning hybrid (http://www.hydrotechcar.com/).
Sorry, but what has this to do with the Fiat Engine thread Herman? :-/ :-/ :-/
As a Newbie you will soon learn that you should not 'hijack' somebodies thread in this way, although sometimes many of us have been known to do it!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;)##
I suggest you start a new thread on this interesting subject. :y :y ;)

It's a spam bot by the looks of it...
or a comission link chaser

I will be selling it on cos it is a little on the big side and i and it does need a little work plus because it's a tilt bed i am not able to put a towbar on it so i cant use the car trailer at the same time :'(
-
:-? :-? :-? So why did you buy it then ::) ::)
Should sell it anyway, got no flashing lights..... ;D ;D ;D
-
Tidy job, well repainted...
And no sign of the previous missile mounting points - looks like you could resell without too many probs... ;)
-
It will be a shame to sell on cos it starts on the turn the key every time, there's not a drop of oil on or around the engine and it has been very well looked after but i am going to be doing recovery work, car collection and delivery and the garage i will be working with has talked me out of keeping it and said a transit would be a lot better so it's being sold on or swapped for a transit type truck. The guy who i bought it from used it for taking his classic tractor to shows.

In that case, why sell? If its reliable then all they need to know is that if they ask you to take a car from A to B then you can manage it in the timescale? If they ask for 2 at once and you cannot take a trailer then, obviously, look for an alternate - either vehicle or garage with contract!! :y
-
Hi Craig, no luck with the transit i pm'd you about then?
-
tilt beds can have a towbar on them? it usually mounted to the chassis not the bed,it was on the two we had? one a tranny and tother a ldv, was a pain having to unhook the trailer till we realised would be easier to make a set of ramps from trailer to bed then we just winched the cars up on the trailer acrossto the truck , then put 2nd car on trailer with winch cable running under the first vehicle, worked very well

When we broke down in the Granada whilst towing .. the pickup truck was a tiltbed with a towbar ... slid the Granny on then hitched the van up to take us merrily onwards ... so I know it can be done ... :)
