Gotta laugh haven't you, he seemed well chuffed with that. :y A child in an old mans body lol. Just hope he keeps an eye on where it is as he wouldn't survive a hit from that. :o That's some weight to get airborne as well. We used to see how many squats we could do with a forging anvil when I was an apprentice and some of those are bloody heavy. :y

If you're referring to the squats with a forging anvil, we would hook an elbow under each end and lift with our legs. Unfortunately my spindly little legs used to allow me to do the lift but then I was in the shit as I needed to put it back down, so yeah, in my case none. ;D :y
