Title: Power kite accident
Post by: Phil B on 06 September 2008, 01:17:44
I learnt the hard way the other weekend down at Pembrey. When someone offers you a go on a power kite with a 12' span, make sure you are sitting down or at least croutching when you take the controls off them. Or you do this:

No born and bred in Rogiet 2 miles down the road, went through Caldicot comp though. Placed a child here??? Renting a bloody great house here now trying to buy it, if only the market knew what it was doing.

If I'm not on the train, I go that way from Gloucester, Chepstow, down to Newport/Langstone and then Cardiff. Get's me off the motorway networks, and means I don't pay the bridge 'cos I'm a tightwad ;D ;)

Why the hell don't you stay on the A48 from cheppo to the Cauldra??? There are loads of alternate routes if you want 'em mate. You must near enough go past my house then, why don't you pop in and lend your expert ear to my v6 timing attempts!!!  ;)

I sometimes like to get off the main rat runs, that's all ;D

If you want a hand with your V6 timing, just say the word. I have all the kit.
When you around? ;)

Well me and the old man fitted a belt kit last year as well as we could with a timing kit, I would just love to borrow your knowledgeable ear to give me an opinion of the car and if she's running right as none of us have any experience of vauxhalls. No tools neccesary just a visual/audio once over would be good mate, payable in whatever (beer)tokens you like!

Can't really tell by ear - let's pick a good day, pop the belt cover off, and get the proper gauge on there :y
