Title: SD cards
Post by: Shackeng on 12 July 2021, 12:38:50
I have three Kingston SD. Card adapters with SD(?) cards in them from my Spitfire flight. Can anyone advise what I need to connect them to my Samsung TV?

Thanks Steve, I guess I need the USB adapter as my old tv has no SD slot.

You'd be better off using a laptop (or PC) to copy the contents of the SD card to a USB then putting the USB in the TV.

Samsung TVs can put other files on the USB or suggest formatting before use and you don't want to lose the video.

OK, as I don’t have anything with an SD slot, so I need an SD to USB adapter to load the SD cards into the MacBook Air laptop, then transfer them back onto a usb stick, which I can then plug in to the Samsung? :-\

that should do what you need.
