Title: Wanted : Elite Air Suspension Compressor
Post by: LC0112G on 05 September 2021, 16:12:08
You know, the pump thingy that lives behind the OSF bumper on an Elite and pumps up the rear shox. Though I had a spare, but can't find it anywhere.

Might be easier to just swap out the springs and shocks for standard, especially as the air shocks are no longer available :-\

Yup - all genuine. When the LC boys started using the Elite rear shox it was obvious that stocks wouldn't last very long. One got an advise on an MOT a few years back (slight misting IIRC), so I bought a pair. And shortly after I had an MOT fail on a broken rear spring(2014), and the dealer managed to get me a pair of genuine springs.

I keep all my old junk too, so I've got some 'used spares' should things get really problematic.

I recall them being a bit thin on the ground last time I acquired a pair in 2012 ish...
