Title: John Lewis insurance advert removed.

Read today that the John Lewis ad we discussed on here a few weeks ago ( young lad dressed as a female wrecking his house) has been pulled from TV due to being  " misleading" I'd have described it as being bloody stupid.

Not surprised. It implies that if your spoilt brat smashes up your belongings for fun, their home insurance will pay for all the damage, which is obviously not true.

And quite right too. People do that type of thing to rental properties, don't pay the rent and then get all upset when the Bailiffs turn up.
