Title: MV6 Wheels
Post by: Bo Bo on 07 December 2006, 20:12:58
Just posted this (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/IRMSCHER-ELITE-ALLOY-WHEELS_W0QQitemZ110011123010QQihZ001QQcategoryZ28648QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItem) in the ebay section, but on second thoughts maybe it could do with going on here.
Brand new pre-facelift MV6 wheels £450 or make an offer!!

'THESE WHEELS ARE NO LONGER BEING MADE SO THEY ARE HARD TO BUY BRAND NEW'

-  you can't buy the 17" tyres anymore?  :o

EDIT: Sorry, I thought you were still talking about the tyres, i.e. because the wheels are not being made anymore you can't get the tyres for them... DUH!

LMF are selling them new for £126 each, thats without any other negotiable discount, so i would say over priced and i would be suprised if you got that for them, but good luck to them

Truly, i wish you luck, BUT i do not think that they will sell at that price. That is almost enough to buy a complete pre facelift MV6 never mind a set of wheels.

We shall see .

I bought 5 of the wheels off ebay with the tyres for under £200, took the best 2 and swapped them with the dodgey 2 i already had on my MV6, got the 5 refurbished for £250 and sold the other 4 for £235.

So basically ended up with 5 'new' wheels with a couple of decent tyres for just over £200 and a bit of petrol!!

Thats why i know they are over priced.
