This programme is a microcosm of the plumbed depths of tv.
Take it off, take it off.
-
Or just don't watch it.
-
Utter, utter ,utter shite ! ::)
-
I'm enjoying The Tourist, it's different.

Me too. :y

We are watching it too. Not sure about it yet, but at least it isnt the usual dross, so might stick with it.
The new character tonight - detective inspector I think - came as a bit of a shock.
Last time I saw him he was acting the part of Dewey Crow (superbly) in Justified.*
Still not sure if he is Australian or American.

* By far the best series I have ever watched.
Just googled him. Damon Herriman, and he is indeed an Australian, which makes his Dewy Crowe character even more impressive.
-
so .... who was in the mask? ??? ???
-
obviously I don't give a opps!!! ;D ;D ;D
-
Definitely Australian ;) Think that he was in the most Australian film, after Muriels Wedding, Cocodile Dundee.
But nothing beats the look on his face when Raylan tells him that he isn't actually going to die. ;D
-
I will rarely have the attention span to even watch a film from start to finish. I watch all seven (?) series of Justified three times, and intend to watch it again.
Superbly written and acted from start to finish. Cant imagine anything that will top it for me.

You must be talking about the four kidneys scene. ;D

Boyd Crowder (Walton Goggins) was the star of the show for me though.

That's the one ;D
An exceptionally well written and delivered piece of art. Breaking Bad franchise, Ozark, Dexter and Californication are also on the same pedestal imho 8)

Could never get into Breaking Bad for some reason.
Just have to post this classic scene up. 8)

I wasted many hours at work watching Sons of Anarchy the whole way through. What a load of shite.
The only other thing Ive stuck with was The West Wing, which was excellent. Even though it was 100 hour party political broadcast for the Democrat party.
When yor watching Martin Sheen, your watching the President. He is a superb actor.
-
Wouldn't watch the masked singer if you paid me thousands complete & utter shit, we have been watching Around the world in eighty days it was my favourite book when I was a kid so far the TV series is pretty good.
-
Michael Palins series of the same is always an entertaining watch 8)
-
One or two presenters like Palin have really seen the world. Simon Reeves is another.
We thought Breaking Bad was excellent. Certainly in top five ever of TV series. West Wing is on our list and I have added Justified and Californication. Binge watched Dexter. Excellent once you get past the gruesome.
We like watching World Dramas on All4. Some very good series from other countries. The Bridge for example. We liked the Sopranos but it was some years back. It maybe dated now?
-
Yep...good stuff.
-
I read this as "the masked ginger". Bit niche.

Recently bought our first smart T/V. Now SWMBO has worked out the remote there's no end to the sh!t i have to put up with. ;D

Watched an excellent Simon Reeves programme about the Lake District and Cumbria the other day. A large segment was devoted to a tour of Sellafield and the efforts to clean the place up. Amazing and very thought provoking. :y
Worth seeking out on the iPlayer TBH. :)

Yes, Reeves always seems to front a good series. :y
