Title: Julian Haslam
Post by: JulianHaslam on 24 February 2022, 18:16:58
Hello,
My name is Julian Haslam and I own a Black Omega Elite 3.2 V6. Its a 52 plate and I have had it since 2006. My purpose in joining you is to find reliable sources for parts and I have a specific request at the moment. Do I have to post 250 times to make in entry in the Parts Wanted section or can I just make another post asking for advice?

Hi, welcome to the forum. :y

Yes, the 250 rule was proposed & introduded for a reason to stop people just using the group just to strip cars to sell parts or get what they were after and disapear.

Great community, wont take you long to rack 250 posts up. :y

Welcome

the 250 is to be able to access the section to post sales adverts.
If its wanted, do the request in the test zone...We will see it and move it for you

I'd like to thank all those who replied welcoming me to the forum. I am in dire straits at the moment as I am searching for a vital part for my car as it is lying crippled at a garage. When I get it back I will post some pictures. At the moment I am driving my wife's N registration Corsa B. When I bought my Omega it had done 55,000 miles and it has now done over 128,000. I have been to France, Belgium and Italy in it. If anybody can help me with my request - 3.2 V6 Crank Speed sensor - which has been moved to the Parts Wanted section, I would be most grateful

Same as GM part no. 90540743

It does at least cross reference to the latest GM part number ;)
