Title: Crank Speed sensor
Post by: JulianHaslam on 27 February 2022, 13:56:04
According to informed sources the 3.2 V6 crank speed sensor part number 0261210131 has been superceded by part number 90494182. Is the part basically the same, is it just the number that has changed?

It should be physically the same, but the newer part may be from a different supplier or an updated design.

And, yes, the BOSCH crank sensor via Autodoc in Germany, made in Romania in the major BOSCH plant they have in that country, is still functioning excellently!
