I want to say it is a Dodge 2500 van...
Green thing in the background is GM midsized from the mid nineties... Possibly a Pontiac Bonneville from the colour. :-\
-
I am more intrigued with the 4WD system
-
Two propshafts to separate gearboxes to avoid having a differential sounds like something a German would do. That vehicle looks like a Russian copy of such a system.
-
Looks like it could be a Hillman Imp.

Actually a Dana Spicer/Vemco V drive independent front suspension 4x4 conversion. A rare beast apparently.

That particular vehicle is apparently a GMC, not a Dodge, but it does at least have a V8 in it :D

I just assumed it was a Russian truck in Ukraine. :-X ::) ;D
