Title: car insurance comparison sites
Post by: raywilb on 01 July 2022, 12:47:35
my car insurance is due on the 25th July & already Iv,e had the meercats quoting me. the lowest quote seemed high to me so i thought I,d check out confused & they beat the meercats by almost £100. within a few minutes of browsing i got an email from Aviva my current insurer beating all other quotes. only by a tenner plus its gone down this coming year, which i don,t recall that happening for a long while. it did kinda make me wonder if Aviva was aware that I had browsed comparison sites.

That's because they know it will disintegrate if it goes over 40mph!  :)

Had to reinsure my daily in the last week.
Thought I had better use a specialist as I had done some mods to it
Phoned the company everyone recommends on the TVP sites and it turns out they wont insure a 9 seater. Phoned A plan, Monaro is with them, they want £975 because its a 9 seater
Went back to Churchill and declared the mods. Made no differance to price, £294
Could not see what it was before as their online log in site was down but live chat operator confirmed it was same price

It would be the RAC.....but she is very reliable for a 15 year old car.

She is also very fast with 250 BHP. :y
