Always good news.

My classic  ::) is in for it's yearly ticket this time next week.

Last year she cost me £500. Four new tyres plus new front disc and pads.

Those were the days. Just spent over £600 on just a set of 4 tyres for the Jag. :'(

From memory a pair of rear 285/30/20 for my old Jag was around £570.

They were Michelin PS4S rather than Wanli Ditchfinders though. :)

Drove the Boxster in torrential rain today. The rear tyres it came with are 265/45/18 Jinyu !!
I got it so sideways at one point  I thought for a second it was going to end up facing the wrong direction.  >:D ;D

That's normal for Porsches. It's so common I'm surprised they didn't delete the spare wheel in favour of a pot of spill-dry and a broom to sweep up the broken bits of aluminium.....

Cobblers. Its a superb handing car, as a well engineered / designed mid engined car should be. Cheap tyres make it s handful in the wet though. ::)
