Obviously has issues. Dad seems to be quite happy about her being restrained as he isn't really getting involved.

I see the TikTok user Tim Popovski is quick to use the #ACAB hashtag, but would almost be the first person to get on the blower to the old bill if his house was burgled / car stolen / someone offended him online  ::)
