hi my old radio ncdc 2013 is a mess so i got another one i dont know how to fit the new one and code it in without the code.any ideass?cheers

Oh dear.
Was the new one supplied in a de-paired state?
Do you know the pairing code of the old one?

If No to all of the above its probably only suitable use is as a paperweight.

I can probably recover in most scenarios... ...but need an Omega handy to do it, LOL...

dont know if its paired the guy sending ncdc with screen colour.my one is still in and i have the code he said it has to be pulled out of the system and recoded thats all i know

Not as much as if the replacement is a Vectra one...

Did it come from an Omega with the same spec as yours (engine, gearbox, headlights, check control, tyre size)?
If answer is yes, it should be plug and pray if you change both the NCDC2013 and the screen together, assuming the 2 parts haven't been de-paired from each other.
If the answer is no, its going to need a chat with a Tech2. How much of a chat depends on specifics of what needs to be done.
