Title: Military bases for asylum seekers
Post by: Migalot on 29 March 2023, 14:59:04
I see Immigration Minister Robert Jenrick has confirmed plans to house "several thousand" asylum seekers at military bases in Essex, Lincolnshire (RAF Scampton) and a separate site in East Sussex.

I absolutely loathe this government.  >:( >:(

Including the large base at Weathersfield Essex, which is known s the most picturesque village in England.
Not for much longer I suspect.
The locals are going berserk about it, and my local council (Braintree) are planning on trying to get a high court injunction.
You would think this "Conervative and Unionist" Government was operating with a wafer thin majority.  >:(

Once people arrive, the vast majority of which are economic migrants, they stay here. Even if told to go they stay. :-X

We need to stop the arrival. But that won't happen.

A nice remote Hebridian island, where its hard to bugger off from, cold, wet, no data coverage and no Sports Direct or Primark stores to rob

Absolutely.  :y
Problem is, no matter who is in Govt. most of the levers of power are held by bleeding heart Liberals. The Home office is a perfect case in point on this matter.
The problem could easily be solved almost overnight, except for the fact that the French are enemies of the UK, so wont allow it.
If France announced that anyone who leaves France to enter the UK illegally, can be brought straight back to France, not only would they stop coming across to England, they would stop coming to France as there would be no point.
I can only conclude that the French are happy to put up with the mess and chaos on their Northern coast as its a price well worth paying to cause a much bigger problem for the UK.

Heard on the news earlier in the week that they are not happy with the hotel accommodation in an area of Southern UK as there's nothing to do except walk to the nearest garage for cigarettes & drinks ! My heart fu**ing bleeds for the poor bastards.

Isn't it the case that for every migrant we send to Rwanda, we have to take one back?  ???

I wonder what Sir Starmer's solution would be?  ???

Labour largely favours an open borders 'all are welcome' policy.

So he wouldn't need a solution, because he can't see there is a problem.

Globalists don't believe in borders. :)

Military bases surrounded by military personnel......with guns and orders to shoot to kill.

Wouldn't allow them in unless they were genuine refugees not economic migrants. If they came, for example, from Romania where there is no war or any reason to be deemed a refugee, I would deport them. I would also not allow refugees unless they were accompanied by family members such as wives and children. Those who are single males of fighting age should be returned to their country of origin.

Not PC, but that is my opinion.

So, could Albanians but they dont. They come over in boats, presumably so no one knows who they are and that they are here. They can then take over the drugs / white slave trade / money laundering industry by brute force and terror - which is exactly whats happening.

Sure was.  :)  On a topic note. The nearest RAF base to me was used to house the Ugandan Asians who fled when Amin came to power over there. Now a Cat C prison.

This assortment of luvvies look so concerned as they trot out such emotive language.

Mother with a toddler and a baby.
Elderly grandmother unable to walk.
Heavily pregnant woman with just the clothes on her back.
Diabetic who has not eaten for days.
Person in a wheelchair trying to escape war.........we would all be willing to help such people.

Yet the reality is not like that. When we see who is arriving on our shores, we see mainly young men aged 20-35 of fighting age and in good health.

Hmmm, young men, of fighting age, based in military camps, what should we do with them?

They are all desperate vulnerable refugees fleeing war and persecution from tyrannical governments!  :(

They just happen to leave their wives and kids in the dangerous warzones, and to face persecution and tyranny on their own.  That's all.  :)
