Title: 1998 2.0 Which OBD reader do I need?

Hi folks.My 1998 2.0 Hearse has an OBD2 plug,but it cant link to the car.From what Ive since read it isnt OBD2 compliant,but the obd1 plug is different.Anyone able to help with a solution?

It's not ODBII/EOBD, so you won't find a low cost generic code reader I'm afraid.

There are some Vauxhall specific devices, with varying levels of capability.  You might be able to pick up a 2nd hand dealer level Tech2 at not stupid money now, which is probably the only device that can do everything.
