fan blade for heater rattling need to get at it,coolant level sensor to replace,outside temp sensor to replace please guide me .thanx

Working backwards:
outside temp sensor is behind the bumper under one of the headlights and is straight foward to change. Used is probably the way to go
Coolant temp sensor is at the back of the engine, between the heads. Simple job and use a new part.
Heater fan means removing the entire dash which is a major undertaking. Fit a new matrix while you have it all apart.

Coolant level is even easier, buy a new expansion tank. That's generally a good idea, as the tanks have a finite life.

Heater fan can be accessed by removing the pollen filter.
May not cure the rattle, but you'll be able to see and reach the fan to assess the cause ;)

As said...
On FL models, outside temp sensor is clipped to bottom of the bumper, NSF. It sits about the bumper. The loom can corrode in this area, so check its integrity, but a new sensor is under a tenner for a pattern (and not massively more for genuine)
Coolant level sensor is under coolant reservoir. Easiest to just replace bottle if brand new one. Last one I bought was around £25 from dealer, but that was probably 6 or 7 years ago.
Cabin ventilation fan is up behind glovebox. You probably have to remove glovebox to gain access. Can't remember exact steps, but with glovebox out, don't recall it being too taxing....

Obviously it can't be removed from above, but you get enough access to spin it and oil the shaft if it squeaks.
Probably find a leaf stuck in it.

Yes, but 2008 is the latest available for NCDC/NCDR range.
Needs to be a genuine CD, and CDRs can cause premature failure of the laser module. Thats assuming your laser module still works.

,ive bought navteq vauxhall opel sat nav cd on ebay its 2005 edition for ncdc 2013 its brand new never been used yellow like the old ones should be ok dont you think?

As long as it is the Navteq version with the full yellow label with satalite lines / points all over the label, and not the CD70 with a half white and pale yellow label, it should be fine I would say.
Just be mindful that there are some copies on Ebay, which are not originals, but they should be quite easy to spot from the quality of the label and the writing around the edge.
