Too many " do gooders" allowed into the prisons the BOV ( board of visitors)  tour the wings asking prisoners if they have any complaints! Sod the staff who have to deal with these scrotes, they should go and visit sick folk in hospital if they want to do a little bit of good, and leave these evil bastards to rot.
