Title: Picture ??

Hi Guys.
Can anybody please explain how I can load a small picture next to my name for when I am posting, I went into my profile and it says "My Picture" then goes on about a url ?? http//: I am at a bit of a loss, I hought it would just be a case of a browse menu. but it isnt, any help appreciated.

Up-load a photo to somehwere like Photobox or PhotoBucket. Right click your photo in its new home & under properties you'll see the http .... Copy this this & put it where you said about 'my picture'
that should be it.
