Title: Green Party v Reform....on BBC.
Post by: Field Marshal Dr. Opti on 29 June 2024, 15:08:47
Did anyone watch this?

Every time the Green Party co-leader said that no borders and mass immigration was good for the country the audience applauded like performing seals.

Farage didn't get even a small ripple of applause. ::)

God help us if/when Labour get in, they'll welcome the gimmegrants with open arms.

I bet that there are plenty of Labour activists and candidates, especially among the pro Hamas crowd who have absolutely abhorrent views, yet our corrupt media turns a blind eye to them.  ::)

I don't think I've ever seen an election where the media's bias has been so blatantly obvious.  :-\

That's no mean feat given the media performance during the last UK and US elections :-X

Fair point. I was really thinking about our election though, and yes I think it's worse.  ::)

Right on there Sir Tig! People in this country have no effing idea what is going to happen given the bias media and politicians.
Lets face it, this is one of the most important elections ever held this past 50-60 years!

And still they come over to the land of milk and honey..that is all we will be drinking soon! and nobody gives a f**k about it.
I weep I really do... >:( >:(

Immigration. The great paradox?

Most West European countries are forecasting the need for bigger populations to support the economy and the retired.

The forecast requirement for Spain is quite eye watering. Falling birth rate of the local population against higher rates of the immigrants? The natural source of immigrants for Spain is Morocco. Similar climates and economies. Close relationship between the two countries  ( It is the first country a new king of Spain visits)

The locals don’t want to do menial jobs when they leave school. Who harvests the fields or makes up the hotel staff?

Isn’t this the same basic problem the UK is facing?

Spoke to a few Germans who moved to Gran Canaria to get away from the influx. General consensus is that it's not safe for women to be out alone for fear of being beaten, raped or worse.

Apparently the German approach is to create documents for anyone who cannot be verified based purely on whatever limited information they are told.

Lefties fear the extreme right, but in reality it's their policies that are pushing otherwise moderate conservative liberals to the extreme...

I can see Germany burning before to long. France too, but they don't need much of an excuse beyond being French.

France has been slowly burning for years. These elections will probably fuel the fire.  :-\

This eventually and inevitably leads to a replacement of people and culture. :-X

In Britain 99% of the 1946-64 boomers will be white British. Now dropping off the perch in ever larger numbers who will be their replacements?

Not much else for them to do.

Haven’t seen anywhere what the UK is going to do about cheap subsidised Chinese imports like EV’s.

America has put tariffs on ( easy as they don’t import many in the grand scheme of things). The EU on the other hand do. The amount of MG’s here for example and huge dealerships.

Is this another thing the parties are leaving until they know which one won? ;D

The US and Europe manufacture a lot of cars. We don't, we import most of them.

Are you telling me that MG are no longer 'hand build with pride' by old men wearing a brown overall with a selection of pens sticking out of his top pocket. :)

Farage has been going round the country addressing big crowds.  In contrast Sunak and Sir Starmer have appeared at carefully controlled and scripted events at warehouses, factories and the like.  Ed Davey meanwhile has been falling in and out of things and generally making a fool of himself.  ::)

The picture below is Reform UK's rally at the NEC yesterday, the biggest election event any of the parties have held so far. Did our state broadcaster report that? Of course not, they chose to focus on a Reform candidate who defected to the Tories yesterday (which was probably his intention all along) and obliquely referred to Reforms rally in their report saying that Mr Farage spoke 'at a rally in Birmingham'.  ???

Bunch of woke lefty tossers!  >:(   :P   ;D

Specially selected audience or is that a bit cynical of me ?

The bloke who asked the first question is a BBC producer. In fact he is the producer of the new ultra woke Dr. Who.
There are more examples of Farage hating specially selected questioners but I cant remember details at the moment.  ;D

The so called progressives just love to tick boxes.

So the new Doctor Who just had to be black..........and of course gay. ::)

Two more boxes ticked. :D
