Hi all, I need some advice with my 66k mile Omega (doing about 1500 miles a year).
Last MOT I had an advisory that said "Nearside Front Suspension arm pin or bush worn but not resulting in excessive movement inner front bush". Sensibly I expect this to mean new wishbones & bushes. I've seen Lemforder, parts 27735-02 and 27734-02 for about £140 left, £116 right.
I don't have the strength in my hands to tackle this, so does anyone know of a trustworthy place in the Nottingham/Derby area that would fit these? Or indeed a strong OOF member!!
Many thanks.

Dave the Builder or Webbythebear might be able to assist if you ping them a message ;)

Thanks for that. I did also think of Marks DTM - he’s done a few things for me in the past, and he’s close by - but he’s maybe busy or on holiday - had no reply to a couple of PMs…

Sorry to bother you again Doc G.
Do I have the correct parts as in the OP?
In stock from autodoc.co.uk. Limited stock though.

I've recently replaced my wishbones with help from Nick in Kent.
Have a look through this post for some tips - the consensus was to buy the wishbones from ATP in Germany (via eBay) and fit polybushes at the front as these will last the life of the car:
I paid about £80 for a kit including both wishbones, track rod ends and drop links, and another £80 for the polybushes (optional).

They wouldn't be my first choice on price... The post above is what I generally fitted.

With such low miles per year use , and some (not all) MOT testers misdiagnosing steering/suspension issues on many cars ,not just Omegas ,with steering box, steering idler, etc ...
before you spend ££££ on an advisory repair ,it may be an idea to consider how urgent the issue is :-\
have you noticed any symptoms ?
poor handling , uneven tyre wear etc
proper diagnosis is important too IF there is an issue .
Are the components ALL original ,and nothing has been replaced ?
the APT kit doesn't include center tie rod or idler arm IIRC
some minor wear in multiple componants can combine to form slight play
though ,if you're only popping down the shops at 30mph once a week, a complete steering/suspension overhaul may be excessive.
