There's so many to say ..

Really a dangerous experiment.. I understand giving freedom to

minorities.. But bringing back another form of inquisiton ?

In my country is a subject for at least 100 years.. >:(

This is a subject which never must be tolerated..

Now to explain further, sheria is not only religious rules about law..

also have very strict rules how you have to live,eat,dress..

and also how the society must be managed which means will also play

critical role in political life..

I hope people will undertand thats the beginning not the end :-/

Arbitration - one thing MUST stand - it must obey British law, for civil disputes it seems like quite a good idea, I think it is suitable for that, but as always must be second to British law.

I read the article, these are not courts - they are arbitration panels.

Like disputes over hedges and things like that.

However they must stay at that level.

They are only allowed to act as arbitration panels, and both sides MUST agree. British law prevents any further inroads into the legal system

Problem is , for the arbitration they will use the holly book as the

basis.. :-/

Will never affect me, and British law says all parties must agree before starting, also if they want to follow an ancient book, up to them, same problem woth all Holy books written for the time and needs modernising. I tried to read the bible once (just to try to understand its relevance) - so boring, and so odd, definately needs updating.

Now assume you were living in some (name is hidden as it will be a problem) country..With those words you get the death penalty...

And trust me its no joke..

It's quite simple, if you do not want to accept the ruling don't use it.

The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

My main concerns at the moment are

1) Surveilance, our government want to track EVERTYHING >:(

2) ID cards - NO WAY >:(

3) National DNA database - NO NEED and TOO EXPENSIVE >:(

4) Rise in fundamentalism, happening in US, don't want it here, but it is happening and is infectious. You get fundamental Moslems then the more worried Christians then go fundamental.

Partnered with this is the increase in being anti science eg the rise in creationism >:(

No problem

I think all people should have the freedom to do what they like as long as it affects no one else.

That means if they want to be religious OK, not fine to.

All REAL crimes are covered by the exclusion as thinking about it most antisocial behaviour too.
