George W Bush is sent into space with a monkey for company to visit the MIR space station.

Both the president and the monkey are each given an envelope marked "Open in case of Emergency"

The shuttle gets into difficulties, mission is abandoned and the monkey opens his envelope - inside is a large, detailed manual with instructions on how to override any problems, control the shuttle and land on earth safely.

George opens his - theres a note inside: "Feed the Monkey"

Over the last 50 odd years, the left/progressives have claimed that every Republican President or Republican presidential candidate since Eisenhower is "stupid".  

It really is very boring.

In Bush's case, they're right...maybe thats a blinkered view from "over the pond", but he does seem to drop more bloopers than most.  At least Clinton only dropped his trousers!
