Title: Graphics card wanted

Hi All
I know its a car forum but im stuck for an old Graphics card and need one fast.

PCI CARD
At least 64mb prefer 128mb..
Must be Directx 9.0 compatible.or higher.
Anyone have one for sale..My daughter needs it for her computer to run a game.
Willing to pay obviously..

I knew i shouldnt have thrown all my computer bits out a few weeks ago.. :D

Hi
try a second hand one with a Nvidia 8500,8600 chipset..

I use 256 mb MSI with 8600 (new price 80 $) have enough power for all the need for speed series

I doubt if you'll find a PCI graphics card that is DirectX 9.0 compatible. I think they were all AGP cards by then.

Unless you mean PCI Express??

They were available, I have  a PNY 64MB version, which they then did as a 128 MB version.

Was a 6600GT and I believe was DX8 not sure it went to DX9 without checking though.

Dont want an expensive one as its only for 3 months max, But to keep the peace for now its needed..

ATI Rage 128 any good?

I have one here spare, d/l'd the drivers for an xp machine over summer, got it running okay but later the box died so I recovered it.

I have a Nvidia 256mb 7800gtx pci-express was going to pop it on ebay at some point, but it might better than what you really need...
