......again. He's going to impose 'tremendous' sanctions on the two largest Russian oil producers. So far, this morning, oil is up 5% and, as there aren't any sanctions yet, he's just added billions to Putins coffers.
Some (most) days, he really has problems working out how the world works.

and lining US pockets all being done to rid them of the interest charges on their borrowing from what I understand.
