Title: finally stopped to relax.....

5.30 this morning, got up, set off to work (Bristol)
7.40 arrive Bristol (120 miles)
12.30 finish and drive to Poole for interview
2.30 arrive Poole an hour early  >:(
4.45 finish interview and set off for home
5.30 halfway home established brake pads are worn to metal, and only half way home  >:(
6.45 arrived home
7.30 start pads
8.45 finish pads in the dark
9.30 showered and in bed ready for the alarm to go off again at 5.30am

total mileage 320 miles, most of it was fast A roads and averaged 29.5 on the MID and 24 on LPG

I'm knackered and look forward to the weekend

if I wake up 5 :30 everyday , the third day I'm dead :P

That's why we like living in the South West Jay. Can't beat that slower pace of life can you?  :-?

Weather permitting, I try walking to work and back when I can. 45 minutes each way... nice walk this time of year and when it's cool and fresh in the morning.  8-)
