Anyone see the northwest tonight on the bbc? It featured a stretched miggy all done out inside with a fitted shisha pipe 8-),since the smoking ban shisha cafes have not been allowed to let people smoke in side so this dude came up with the car idea.
Aparrentley he has been questioned on a few occasions by the local plod about the contents of the pipe when they have seen it parked up with smoke billowing from the open wndows. :D

Being in the South-East I haven't seen this report, but it sounds cool!! ;D ;D ;D ;)

Not sure how he can get away with that. Commercial vehicles and company pool cars are covered by the ban.

It's his own private car the other people using it are guests :)
