Title: bank money making scheme

I sat here eating my Cabury's Credit Crunchy bar and fresh from seeing that the Origami Bank of Japan has just folded, I have drafted up a letter to send to two banks I have deposits with ( HBOS and RBS) to inform  them they have insufficient funds in their accounts and that I am reluctantly having to charge them an administration cost of £25 for sending them the letter. ;D
