Just trying to workout how much my MV6 is worth!
Registered 20 01 1999 S Reg HPi Clear
Ex BT Fleet FSH with main dealership (Inchape Exeter) till 80k then serviced by BT Fleet upto 110k when i bought it Cambelt snapped at 98k VX rebuilt the engine for a whopping fee of £3000 odd engine is quiet no valve noises and is silky smooth
its got all the usual MV6 toys + Sports leather and CCRT700 Carphone(Dual Band works on all UK networks except 3) with BOSE and cruise control
very rare also is that all 4 alloys are straight and in fairly good condition (because they were all replaced by previous owner slowly!)
just fitted new front shocks and 2x front tyres & exhaust Centre's and backbox
MOT'd till sept 09 and taxed till sept 09
whats it worth then ?

max £1000 :(

I'll give you 4s 6d ... :)
Easiest way to check values IMHO is to punch your car details into autotrader as a search .. see what similar cars are going for ...

i paid £200 for it in january from a collegue in exeter had a faulty cranksensor but managed to drive it back here even come with £50's worth of free fuel for the trip home :y
im not selling it just wanted an idea of its value!

At that age, its really dependent on body condition...

£200 sounds like a bargain!

Got one myself matey. As Markey said a grand is tops for a good manual. It would have to be a bit special to fetch more. You're doing the right thing keeping it. It's worth much more to enjoy/drive.
For example, peachy as mine is the MV6 rims & tyres are worth more on paper than the car is, even with leather, bose etc. 8-)
