Finding a suitable place with enough flat land may be a problem .
They may well use the desert in Nevada again,but I 'am not sure that would be long enough for a 1000 mph projectile.
Richard noble has suggested that bigger flat spaces exist in Iran and china.....may be a problem to get permission from such countries.  :y :y
