Title: Wim revisited - Wishbones changed
Post by: less on 01 November 2008, 18:16:28
Visited Tony this morning to have the wishbones changed. Been meaning to do it since the knowledge day!  :-[ Better late than never!

I got the wishbones from Autovaux (Lemforder bones) at £120 ish +shipping. and Tony very kindly offered to fit them, and capped it at 1 hr labour. Good of him since they usually seem to take longer.

Always nice to meet Tony and the other guys at WIM, they are always very friendly and it's nice to know that your car really is in the hands of experts.

I also met an OOF'er whilst there who I believe is known as Old_Cruiser. Very nice chap although sadly lacking a mig these days! I am sure he was drooling (at least a little!) over mine! ::)

Nice to have met you today at Wim and yes I was drooling somewhat over yours!!, how's the car feeling after Tony doing his stuff? all good I hope, my vectra feels better now, to be honest Wim are the only ones I trust these days to do a decent job and they're all a decent bunch of guys, anyway good luck with the car and as said , it was a pleasure to meet you.
Cheers Pete (old Cruiser)
