which one would you go for ?
and why ?
-
Well, I am neither but if i had to chose it would be taxi driver.
More earning potential, no school kids to deal with, vehicle nicer to drive (anything must be nicer than a bus.....)
No tacho on a taxi either so free to work as you want to......
-
Afraid I don't think I could do either job...... I hate rude/ignorant people plus I don't like sitting in traffic jams >:(
-
definatly taxi
-
Bus driver.....continental bus trips!

No tacho on a bus either as they are subject to UK tacho regs and are worked out via the shift patterns. Which is different to coach/truck drivers who are on EU regs :y

Nope..neither ..truck driver ;D
traffic makes me mad..
but if one is must..taxi will be my preference as its small..

my car is ready to hit the road for taxi.but i have interview for national experess on sunday 16 :o :o yes sunday...
in taxi : my insurance is £190 a month+£85 a week for taxi base
that mean £530 a month + £500 for petrol ...hopefully no break down :-X i must make mini £ 2000 a month that mean working 6 days a week 10 hr a day...
in bus :as new driver you get £8 an hr+ big bus to drive + traffic
((if they want you in interview))

Wait a week and try for the bus....you know it makes financial sense ;)
If that doesn't work out, there'll be another one along shortly. :y

I have driven Bus / Coaches and Private hire over the years, all as a part time extra income. All have there ups and downs, stay clear of scool bus driving or football coaches. :y
