I was getting my cheque book out as I read this thread.

Sadly the cheque book has been put away.

Happy with the milege for its age.

I hate white cars and it's too old for me to get interested in it.

When I see a late low mileage 24 Valver for sale I will certainly be interested. :y

Needs the 24V (in fact the irmscher 4.0 version), leather interior and the ultra rare irmscher styling to get anywhere close to that price these days.

I wish Optimist!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;)   Gordon Brown has made sure that we are not!! >:( ;)

I am quite a humble girl, so if the Senator is considered not a good example, which it appears all of you think it is not, I'll have to settle for strawberries and cream instead!! :D :D :D ;)

Years ago I used to get a lift in an Austin Cambridge. That did have a valve radio, it used to take a mile or so for it to warm up ...... Honest!

Strange car for me the Senator.
I like them until I get a good look, and then the rose tinted glasses come off and I am very happy I have a late pre face lift Elite!
A nice example though, would be brilliant to make a Police replica from!
