I have 9 of these, never seen them before, what is it all about :question

I had 137, they went back a long way so I deleted most of them.

I think they are the records showing where there were flags set to when you were sent an e-mail nitification in the past.

Now the list will probably populate based on whether you click the "Get Notification" button at the top of a thread.

Just a guess.
