Title: a couple of petrol related queries

currently oil is sat at about $65 a barrel, last july it peaked at £147.

Now at it peak petrol prices were about £1.20 per litre what i am trying to find out is what the petrol price was the last time oil was at $65 and when that was.

I have a nice letter drafter to go to my MP but i want to make sure that i have all the facts.
