Title: Gearbox oil change
Post by: MartinP on 14 November 2008, 23:38:22
Changed the oil over the last two evenings, did the drain and sump removal yesterday. Took the sumps to work to give them a good clean.

gaskets, filter and oil supplied via Andyc  :y

Last time I used a length of tube and a funnel, this time I applied a bit of brain power :-? :-?

Cut the top off the washer bottle from my kit car donor, cleaned it out and filled it with Dexron3, stuck a couple of wires from a battery to the pump motor and just kept filling it up till it came out of the filler. :) :)
