Title: Kwik fit
Post by: STMO123 on 28 December 2006, 11:07:55
Wifes ZT had a slow puncture for a while. Tyre wasn't that good so I decided on a  new (different) one. These things are about £170 each in kwik fit (225,45,18), but I got four off ebay for £200 (used, but 7mm).

Took my tyre along expecting hassle. They changed the tyres over, valve and balance £8.50. Now thats not bad :y

Yes, now that her car has eaten the four tyres I bought (in 8 mnths ::)) I'll have to look around for some cheapos to have in reserve. I am NOT paying £170.
