A very lucky muppet, at that.
My GP, a week ago, told me to "double up" on the antibiotics the initial A+E gave me.
Turns out, I was supposed to take one tablet four times a day (instead of twice a day) - not TWO tablets, four times a day, which I have been doing.
In short, I've been taking twice as many tablets as I should be ::) ::)
I've been doing this a week so I doubt I'll die tomorrow - but I think I've best start taking the proper dose and speak with the GP next week ::)

Yes James, you have to be careful about over-dosing! ::) ::) Your system will be nice and clean though! :D ;)
Mind you I have done it many times, but I am still here!! ;D ;D ;D ;)

i was told once that if you drink on antibiotics, you may as well start the course again :(
maybe that was to stop me drinking rather than an actual fact tho :o

Glad you have got through the danger period James.
Your system will now be blitzed of good and bad bacteria. I have found the 'probiotic' yoghurts are a big help with recovery as they speedily put some good ones back. Hope you like yoghurt.
