Are you in need of a Hod Carrier?
Take a look at this...

Top-class in anyone's language. :y :y :y

That is simply incredible, puts ours to shame...... ;D ;D ;D

:o :o :o Bloody hell. I was expecting the bottom of the boat to break & to see him disappear
-
Wow he must have a serious Nigel Mansell neck on him.
I used to work with a guy that used a plasterers hod to move bricks, for those that don't no a normal hod carries 12 bricks and a plasterers hod is about twice the size but I can't remember how many bricks he put in it.

It's not so much the strength required that amazes me, but the incredible skill of balancing them and throwing them up in the first place.
I wonder if they weigh as much as our standard housebricks, though.
-
They did sound a bit lighter.
-
I bet his toe hurts, he should have been wearing his PPE ;D

Anyone remember the story of the hod carrier in the 70's (I think) who wanted a rolls Royce so he just worked his Nutz off untill he earned enough money to buy one..

Haha - too true. My father saw a H & S guy putting up a safety sign on a dodgy step ladder and he fell off it! Oh the irony! :D ;)
Seriously impressive though!

I would have expected the plank to bend more with all that weight so I'm a little suspicious ::)

25 years ago i used to have to deliver bricks and stuff to houses for wickes and i thought i was a clever sod being able to do 20 bricks at a time and 2 bags of cement on the shoulder, as the tight gits wouldnt give me a wagon with a hiab :( :( :( :(
