Totally agree that it is a gorgeous car and would be a worthy partner to my saloon which has all the same toys (sat nav screen etc.), but no shin breaker.

The estate would also be the towing car (trailers (junk / boats) only no pikey wagons)

I plan on having two 3.2 elites, one saloon that I have and an estate. This really caught my attention, but not that colour or that interior. Shame.

Did anyone spot the EML light too? I suspect that this is the age old 0420 / 0430, but there is a solution to that. Worth asking.

After having a Senator with the grey interior I specifically looked for an Omega with a black interior. Certain parts of the Senator were impossible to clean as new ie left foot rest, next to the brake pedal, where the mats didn't reach.

What would you lot pay for it then, if you really wanted it?

No, but wondered how much you should go up to for such a model?

£3000+..........or below that, Parkers guide is below £3000 but this one has extra bits on it.

In the current market I doubt he will get anywhere near what it's worth ---- don't like estates -- but even I was tempted !!!!

If seriously interested why not ask the seller to do the "pedal trick" and tell you the numbers ???  He probably doesn't know how to, or how to find out what they mean.... you may save yourself some hassle, or get an easy to fix car cheap  ...  :)

Quote:- '.....all 3.2 Elites have Sat Nav's, but 99.9% of them have the basic systems with small monochrome screens - our car has the upgraded system with 5" full colour screen showing a scaleable map and pictorial guide - this was a £1,200 option.  Our car also has an integrated hands free telephone, again a £1,000 option at new - simply place your sim card in the holder and you have a fully functioning, 'proper' car telephone.'

Hmmm the Sat Nav's are all the same regardless of it being an NCDR2013 or 2015, the colour screen adds better functionality I would agree but it's wrong to say that the mono is basic in comparison.

Scary to think they charged £2,200 at the dealers for the GSM telematics unit and a CID, the head unit is just a different facia.... A new telematics went for £49 on eBay the other day and I had a new CID fitted to mine when I bought it for at least £2000 less than the total price above.

When I see numbers like that it reminds me why I would never buy a new car!

Having read the same thing I completely agree, but why is it orange? My handbrake light is red.

Is my car odd or is it this one?

Saving the pic, opening in a piccy editor and zooming in it certainly looks like the engine symbol...as Jay says....which is not EML light its the emissions light on a facelift.
However 2nd light in from the right, bottom row on my facelift is the handbrake light and is red not orange.
So......im a bit confused unless vx changed the layout of the warning lights at some point??

Better of asking the seller.......what the symbol is.....just remember, if it piccy of engine thats the emissions light  :y EML is piccy of car with spanner sticking thro its roof (facelifts)  :y

I also messaged him about the light on the dash.
It is the handbrake light, if you enlarge the pic you can just make it out and there is a red reflection just below it.
