Title: New Function - Topic Notification

This is a great addition thanks...very useful seeing the new topic notifications at the top like that :)

However...would be useful when you view the topi notifications if it was quickly sorted into latest update order so new ones appear at the top?? :)

Also might be nice to be able to view the topic notifications even when there are no new ones link wise...permanent link saying 0 new topic notifications when there are no new ones, makes life easier to find your own posts :)

I WISH MINE WOULD break OFF. I click on it & it means nothing to me, so i've stopped clicking on it but it's still there.
      Make it go away please. :(
