but in reality, have you noticed, the "good" singers get voted off, because they know that if a good money making singer wins then thats like a kiss of death to them, one xmas No1 and then you never hear of them, apart from the odd one. so they ensure the good singers get voted off so they can make even more money than they would have if they had won, look at ruth last week, a really strong singer, and who did she get beaten by, the 16 year old kid, all i can say if it is nt fixed then there must have been millions of little girls and grannies voting for the little git :-X :-X :-X :-X :-X :-X :-X :-X

Ah, she is so young and sweet poor girl! :) :)

She reminds me so much of Marianne Faithfull, and could easily be seen singing "As Tears Go By" :-* :-* ;)

Well for you here is the lyrics and try and imagine her singing it still, quiet and vulnerable sitting on the stage:

 "As Tears Go Bye" (1965)

It is the evening of the day,
I sit and watch the children play.
Smiling faces I can see
But not for me,
I sit and watch as tears go by.

My riches cant buy everything,
I want to hear the children sing.
All I hear is the sound
Of rain falling on the ground,
I sit and watch as tears go by.

It is the evening of the day,
I sit and watch the children play.
Doing things I used to do
They think are new,
I sit and watch as tears go by.

Hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm
Hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm
Hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm ...

Sue is watching the first programme now - 56 minutes in!

We tested the Humax on Strictly - fantastic picture.

I watched Merlin on the BT Vision box

She is watching Exlaxfactor on the Twin
