Title: WARNING! If your pork comes from Ireland...
Post by: Bandit127 on 06 December 2008, 22:57:23
...bin it.

Pork containing 200 times amount of dioxin (PCB) supposed to be safe has been recalled. 15,000 tonnes of it has been shipped here since 1st Sept. (About 5% of the total amount we consume).

An FSA spokesman said...
"From the information that we have at this time, we do not believe there will be a significant risk to UK consumers" (i.e you know break all for sure - so you're for sure saying break all)

Tell your family and mates if I was you. 200 times the limit...  :o

Sorry for the bump, but if you don't keep up with the news it is important.

Now a UK wide recall.

That's right Albitz, we survived the cold war, the cuban missle crisis, the pollution of the 1950s, and driving on British roads, so a bit of pork won't kill you (yet!) ::) ::) ::)

I say just eat what's in the fridge / freezer and enjoy!! :D :D ;)
