In this nice cold weather my car has started to pop/missfire on fast pull away whilst on LPG but seems fine on petrol.
Do you think this is HT side or a mapping problem??

I've experienced the same on the V6, using the Stag kit.
Seems to be more of a feature than a fault ::)

What temperature is the evaporator at?
Mine was like a bag of spanners today until warm

Combined with very cold air, always seems to mess up mine, fine when warm.

Hm... that seems a little low.
My issue was something or nothing - seems like yours is more noticable.
And idling issues or stalling on gas?
-
Mines set to switch at 25 too and I'm getting no problems at all... I do have it switching back to petrol at 5200rpm to overcome the bogging down though.
You'll need to re-map after about 5k as everything will have settled and the vap pressure will drop slightly.
I reckon it's more likely a HT problem... Were the plugs new?

Since the re-map with Kevin, the idle has dropped a little and has stalled a couple of times :(

I learnt from experience - it is very, very sensitive!!
Daz - increase the whole map (by clicking on the bar) up a few points and try it again.
Also, check the lambda operation at full load (when you're ragging it at WOT)...

Which bar that be then James???
I have not done the mapping, only the driving whilst it was being mapped :D

Mine has been fine regardless of weather. Are you only having problems during warmup or all the time?
Sounds like I didn't do a great job of mapping it :-/ I'd be happy to have another look over it if you like? We could meet up somewhere between Fleet and your place of work one evening?
The main issue with switchover temperature is that LPG doesn't need the huge amount of enrichment after a cold start that petrol does, so if it switches over too soon, it could be running rich. Having said that, IIRC, mine switches at 25, and I never notice it doing so. The vapouriser temperature sensor lags behind the actual temperature quite a lot, so it's probably up to 40 or 50 before it actually switches.

Kevin, its missing on accel when cold and when you select neutral the revs bounce up and down and on occasion will stall,
When its up to temp it will still miss/cough if you ask it to pull away with any kind a pace and it will idle low sometimes too.
To be honest im not sure if its the remap or just not quite right yet or maybe a HT problem which is showing up in this cold weather :-/

Have you done a paper clip test to confirm no fault codes?
Another thought is an air leak... Did you disturb something accidentally? :-? :-/ :-/
-
Hmm. Could be HT related, I suppose. Also worth checking for any codes. Iffy crank sensor is a possibility, although if it's mainly on LPG, under heavy load at lowish revs and fine elsewhere it points to HT.
Still possible the LPG is not tuned right so if you'd like me to take another look at it we'll get together sometime. :y
